HyperVac Unit 9 comes in for a refit

February seen our compact hypervac unit come in for a complete refurbishment, therefore allowing us to continue to offer a high quality media removal in hard to access places. The refurbishment is being carried out inhouse by our team of competent engineers, who are trained specialist in the working knowledge of all types of equipment.

Portable Vacuum System shipped to Bahrain

In November as part of an ongoing relationship we shipped our third unit to our client in Bahrain. It is a special purpose compressed air operated towable trailer mounted Portable Vacuum unit for collecting and discharging dry alumina materials and crushed bath materials.

for their efforts at Huntspill for Wessex Water. The guys were targeted with 2 days and completed the job in 1 day, were complimented on their attitude to safety and as a result picked up more work in that area during the same week.

Congratulations to the following for their hard work in Cleaning the Digesters at Daveyhulme W.W.T.W

Ben, Darren, Steve Fairlie, Keiron, Robin, Coco, Lyndon, Ricky, Peter O’Hagan, Rob & Steve Cook

Ben and his team did an excellent job on the Daveyhulme site. The site owners were impressed with the team’s performance, their handling of health and safety issues and the way they coped with the various challenges thrown at them.

The contracting crew would also like a special mention to go to Peta for “her enthusiasm and her patience when sorting out their problems” (Quote from Danny)

Contractor Team of the Month

Celvac celebrated another significant achievement by winning Welsh Water AMA Team of the Month award. Testimony to the company’s high standards of working safely and being innovative, the team were involved in cleaning a fresh water filter plant to help sort out odour and taste problems in the Merthyr Tydfil area. The photo shows the team celebrating at the awards event held in Cardiff last month.

Celvac earned a place on the 2010 Fast Growth 50 list finishing in 49^th position!
